Hi, I would talk about the situation of studio's VP's in this game.

With the current studios' system any studio becomes aggresive when its president is out for a week or more. For some reason VP's just can't leave a studio, they only can be fired. But what happens when the President is inactive for a long time? So VP's are there trapped, basically being a punching bag until the President is back or the studio dies. I think that's not fair and I would like to ask for two changes:

-Allow VP's leave studios as any other member can
-Allow President to give the control of the studio to VP or other members. This is, allowing Presidents to cease and name a succesor.

Since you are President.

If you are going to be out for more than a week, then kick your VP from that spot for that week.

Problem solved....they can leave the studio while you are getting your ass kicked by the aggressive studios...

I am VP and I'm not leaving the studio and I agree with golantrevize, there should be a way to change leadership when the President quits or goes on vacation, so the studio doesn't go aggressive during that time

If I plan going in a vacation is not reasonable having to condem my studio to disappear. What's the point in having a VP then? In any Goverment or enterprise one of the main purposes of having a VP is him/her stepping in when President is out.

I was trapped as a VP in my prior studio and I didn't like the experience. I can't understand why a VP can't leave a studio in any given moment.
