How about a daily or weekly lottery? Set a set price to the lottery prize, sell tickets (each person can only buy so many) with a percentage from ticket sales going to increasing the prize for the lottery. At midnight, or midnight of the set day if weekly, have the game select a random number and the person with that number wins the prize, and the cash is sent to their bank account.
If we haven't talked in several weeks, we're obviously not close friends. So don't go complaining to me that you can't believe a friend is mugging you!

I already do a lottery twice a week for my members based on the uk bonus ball
