Since you have made it so where we can own more then one house you could set it so we set a monthly pay rate and some one could rent the house to live in cheaper then they would need to buy one and make a button a lot like collect pay that appears and if they miss a payment the rental is canceled and could be rented to some one else.

If you look at the subject labeled Suggestions for game improvements, Property rentals was brought up (Suggestion number 15 on the first post) and your reply was "Still not going to happen."

It looks like I missed a number in there.

Spouses will not happen. Renting houses was a maybe.

That's why it ended up on the list I posted, LE. The list isn't a compilation of my ideas, it was a compilation of all the suggestions from everyone at the time.
