Several BIG Changes today.
First we will see Slave Values began to Drop.
Every Friday the Values of Slaves will drop just a little.

This is to keep the game more fun when you wanna Steal Slaves.
And for the players that like to keep your Value High.
Just gotta do a lil more.

This leads me to the next Change.

If a Slave has a Owner.
You have to be in the Same District as the Owner to Buy Their Slave.

If the Owner has Bouncers, you must distract the Bouncer to Steal the Slave.

There is now a Limit to how many times you can Distract Bouncers. You get 5 per Day.
If you dont use them, they roll over to the Next Day.

Max Limit is 10, If you have Donor Days you Max Limit is 25.

If you are in a Studio War. You do not use any of your Distraction Limit.

These Changes are to help Liven up the game some.

Other Changes are Studios get to 0 Respect.
Nothing happens.
Studio wont be deleted.

Studio Gifts will be added to when you Win the War.
