Okay, so I have been working on a way to upgrade houses with another player.

I am gonna go ahead and explain both ways.

There are currently 8 types of rooms you can add to your house.
5 Room Types and 3 Addons

The quality level of these rooms will boost your morale and or training in the Gyms.

Rooms have 6 levels
Level 1 = 0.001 Bonus
Level 2 = 0.002 Bonus
Level 3 = 0.004 Bonus
Level 4 = 0.006 Bonus
Level 5 = 0.008 Bonus
Level 6 = 0.010 Bonus

These add up, for example, the largest house has 60 rooms.

You can only get credit for 10 of the same type of room.
If you have 10 Bedrooms at level 6, you will have 0.1 aka 10% Bonus of the Morale per Bedroom.

If you have 20 Bedrooms at Level 6, you still only get 10% per Bedroom. It`s Limited to 10 per type.
All 20 would still get the 10%, but it would not add up to 20% per room per level.

This is also only at Level 1 Quality. The higher you raise your Quality level, the higher your morale per room increases.

The addons are similar to the rooms.
But there are only 5 levels of each addon.

Level 1 = 0.02 Per Quality Level
Level 2 = 0.04 Per Quality Level
Level 3 = 0.06 Per Quality Level
Level 4 = 0.08 Per Quality Level
Level 5 = 0.1 Per Quality Level

Pools are Pool Technician
Gyms are Personal Spotters
Dojos are Sparring Partner

The difference in the Addons is they add to the Bonus you get when training.

An example is if you have a Lazy River (Level 5 Pool).
You will get 0.1 added to the 35%.
At Level 10 Pool Technician you will have 36% Agility Bonus.
Level 100 would be 45%

Currently, only the Addons are live.
I need to test the Rooms more so there are no bugs.
I will reply to this forum thread when the Rooms are Live.

To upgrade your Quality Level.
Click the Home Page.
Then on the right side click Your House link.
Then you will see all 8 Quality Levels.

The 3 Addon Links are currently tested and fully working. Once the rooms get tested and finished those links will work as well.

The levels are not limited, so if you wanna upgrade to 5000. You can, just might take a long time to reach that level.

At each level the price increases by 5%.
