Okay so heres how Donor Level 19 works
You go to your profile or the Sex Slaves page.

If you or one of your slaves has Herpes.
You click their Sex Slave profile.
One of the links will say Herpe Treatment

If you view a player that you do not own. it will say Has Herpes
This helps if you are clicking through players and dont notice they have herpes...

I have been tweaking the Exp gained from both the Gyms and the Personal Trainer to make getting Exp more fun and easier to level for players.

So it could change over the next few days.
