Okay so heres how Donor Level 19 works
You go to your profile or the Sex Slaves page.

If you or one of your slaves has Herpes.
You click their Sex Slave profile.
One of the links will say Herpe Treatment

If you view a player that you do not own. it will say Has Herpes
This helps if you are clicking through players and dont notice they have herpes...

You gain 10 trains where 0 Exp will be gained. Works for both the Gym and The Personal Trainer. Donor Level 20 will be released Wednesday, June 1st. 12:30 AM Game Time. Asked a few players their opinions on what would be great for level 20. Multi Trivia will be doing a split session today/tomorrow
