2. By using and/or viewing this site you represent and warrant under penalty of perjury the following:

F) You will not hold DRIVEN Gaming, or anyone associated with thepornstarwars.com in a staff position, liable for minors accessing the site. You understand that precautions have been taken by The Porn Star Wars to ensure that children have no access. If a child misrepresents themselves as an adult to enter, The Porn Star Wars will not be held liable.

If you are underage, or even suspected of being underage, The Porn Star Wars Staff reserves the right to disable your account and prevent you from accessing the site, including chat, any further.

3. User Accounts

A) Under NO circumstances can you have a picture of an underage person on your profile. If you are caught with anything resembling it, you will be deleted AND IP banned. Your IP will also be sent to the proper authorities for possesion of child pornography.
B) Players are allowed to have more then one account. Owning two or more accounts will result in all accounts being jailed if the player is breaking Game Rules on just one of the Acounts. If you are on the same IP as another player, mail staff and let them know.
C) You are responsible for whatever happens on your account; do not give out your password to anyone.
D) The selling, transferring or attempting the sale or transfer of game accounts, currency, or anything within the game, for either real money or in another game's currency, is not permitted. Any player found doing so will be banned from the game.
E) Logging in to, or using another person's account without express permission, will result in deletion of any/all of the offender's accounts. You cannot share an account, but you may take control of a friend's account for a period of no more than 14 days, in which time there is to be no interaction between your account and the account you have taken control of.
