Okay so i was talking to a few players and the level 1-20 in war has always bothered them.... and its war... sooo

Starting now... The level 1 - 20 is changing...
Levels 1 - 16 can only be attacked by levels 1-16 for Studio Points TILL the player is 90 Days Old.

Levels 17-32 TILL the player is 60 Days Old

Levels 33-48 TILL the player is 30 Days Old.

Level 49+ is not safe...

I spoke of the Donor Changes Several Weeks ago.

Here is how it works.
Every night at Reset the game wll take a percentage of all players donor %.

Every dollar is 1%

If a player has 200% the game caps it at 100 but you still have 200.

The Sales will have a set amount off. and then the Difference of the Sale will be based on the player % off.

So as a Example:
The Black Friday Sale was 80% off.
The game would be 40% and the player is 40%.... if you have 100% of 40 then you get 80% off.
If you are at 50% then you would get 60% off.

The same setup for the BOGO. which is a total of all players.
