Okay, so I felt that the Bank Increasement Courses were a tad high to help the game at Various Levels.

I have lowered the levels required to take these courses.

I also added new ones

Level 100 = level 50
Level 250 = Level 100
Level 500 = Level 150
Level 1000 = Level 200

The Level 1000 course is now Cheaper by almost 50%
Any Players that have already started or finished will have their banks reimbursed and the Scholarship tokens sent back to inventory.

I added Level 300, 400, 500, 750, 1000, and 1500.

These are to help the Game grow. Some inflation is okay to help the game grow. Because with the new house additions and quality level. Players need to have a chance to make this.

As well as the recent condom market changes.

I have some extra free time this week.
I will be looking at aspects that are outdated or mathematically out of wack.
I will be looking into Gigs and some of the features that are missing like the Governor Buffs and Perks.

I have a to-do list.... and I plan to cut it down some.
