Gooood Day Everyone!

So, there was a small bug that allowed Aggressive Studios to go to the Safe Zone.

If order to go to Washington DC your studio must not be Aggressive. This is to make warring not have people hiding during wars.

If a Studio is Peaceful, the game will check if you have money and Fame, if your Studio does you will stay Peaceful until you can not pay.
Then it will move your members to the Studios Distrct and you will become aggressive.
