Why not open the newspaper up for classifieds.
Sell classified ads for $10k each...
Bulletins used only for birthday announcements, etc.
Let people post their classifieds ads there such as:
Drug ingredients for sale or wanted.
Dvd releases.
Contests.
It is a thought....it is not being used......

That's a neat idea. I ignore announcements most of time because its always the same crap 
"so so has copied such and such porno off of XYZ site and now you can watch it for....(fill in the blank) and also get some stats" B O R I N G!
Also, what does promoting as endless endless list of DVDs have to do with recruiting and diplomacy?
