Does your chance of completing a gig successfully depend only on morale, or is it affected by level or anything else?

Its affected my your morale and you have to spend money on your house to improve your moral. You will always only show 100% but if you look on the "Hall of Fame" and then "Digs" you will see the morale boosts caused by the houses.

Boosts in moral also affect how many points you gain when you train.
