Let me explain Phase 1 a tad better then the announcement the other day.

Right now its making sure the fiends are working right and restocking.

Before there was 1 large map with the districts taking a piece of it.

Now each district has their own map.
So to attack a fiend in district Los Angeles. you would have to move there to attack there. Just like with regular attacks must be the same district.

I have added a shop to every district. These are one stop shops... no need to move to another district to buy a certain med or weapon.

The bathroom now gives meds based on your level. with a small random chance to get other level meds. Meds now remove time and heal wounds. So any level can use any level meds. With the exception of Tylenol can only be used from level 1 - 10.
