Bank Increasment Course Change

Okay, so I felt that the Bank Increasement Courses were a tad high to help the game at Various Levels.

I have lowered the levels required to take these courses.

I also added new ones

Level 100 = level 50
Level 250 = Level 100
Level 500 = Level 150
Level 1000 = Level 200

The Level 1000 course is now Cheaper by almost 50%
Any Players that have already started or finished will have their banks reimbursed and the Scholarship tokens sent back to inv

entory.

I added Level 300, 400, 500, 750, 1000, and 1500.

These are to help the Game grow. Some inflation is okay to help the game grow. Because with the new house additions and quality level. Players need to have a chance to make this.

As well as the recent condom market changes.

Morale Bug in Quality Level

I was crunching some numbers and noticed a huge bug.

If players had 0% boost in the other rooms and only 1 room had a quality level.
The game was applying that boost to the other rooms as well

I have fixed the bug.

Some morale numbers might drop in the house view due to this bug.
I have checked the code and the numbers.

Everything should be fully working and correct now.

Having 10 of each type of room is now the best option and having more then 10 wont offset like it was before....
