New Player Changes!!! and low level bonuses

All new players will go to a random location.

I may have shaken up the current locations and evicted San Francisco..... But that is purely speculation.

Players under level 17 got a Skill BOOST
Levels 1-16 are capped at 20 Max Skill
At level 17 players will begin gaining 1 skill per level.
This change is to help new players level and get started.

The first 5 days a new player can not be herped at all.

Okay I am sure that a lot will not like this.
But I have took a lot of suggestions and complaints into mind with this.

Donor Levels have been re-adjusted to make higher levels easier to obtain. So that 21-25 wont be as huge of a jump in the future.

Contest End on Saturday will move to Sunday.
Starting this week.

Moving to another District is gonna change.
You will be located in 1 District.
If you wish to move to another district it will require 		a District Transfer.

District Transfers will be a Donor Item for 5$
You can only use 1 District Transfer per week.
Resets on Sunday Night.

New Players will get a Beginner Transfer.
Only works on HQ level 1-7.

There will be ways to visit other Districts.
District Visa (30 Min) - Allowed to go to 1 district to Propose, Leave, Mug or Drop a player. You can extend the time, once per visit using another item.

Okay, I and Lumi had a talk. And ive gotten too many complaints.

NEW RULE... MUST CONSENT!
Do not mail players and assume they want Sex.
If you get too many complaints about just forcing sex on a player.

I do not care. Im tired of it.
If you wish to perform Force roleplaying. You must talk to and get consent from the player.

This is a war game, yes, but non-consensual rape roleplay isnt part of that.

If you enjoy forceful roleplaying, maybe state that on your personal page, or else all consent is needed.



In other news...
Penicillin has been fixed visually. and now check your time and the quantity of your inventory.

I added a Donor Level 7 feature to help players grow and have fun.

Over the next few days, im gonna look into the Exp Booster and the Gym Exp. Some have noted it doesnt work properly for all players.
